As you may have already guessed, we are infertile and in the military.

Much to my surprise, Tricare (the military's HMO) will actually pay for a lot of fertility related crap. Not surprising is the fact that they don't seemto place a high priority on giving you any useful answers.

It's taken me two years to have the "doctors" confirm what Google told me shortly after we started trying to conceive. I have PCOS and he has a varicocele.

So, what do you do when you ovulate once in a blue moon and you husband's sperm count is rather iffy? Apparently the best option is to hurry up and wait.
